HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are delivered via Australia Post within 2-3 business days to all Australian metropolitan areas. Please allow for an additional 1-2 business days transit for regional areas.
We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive and any shipping or transit times offered here are only an estimate as supplied to us by our contracted Postal Service.
Please provide us with the most up-to-date, accurate and detailed shipping information with your current phone number, so that we can deliver your order successfully. Please note that P.O. Box address is unable to send.
We will try our best to make sure you receive the parcel in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, which can be affected by the shipping carrier, delivery destination, weather, holidays or incorrect/insufficient delivery information.
Once the goods are shipped out, we can't change your address.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is FREE on all orders of $75 AUD or over within Australia.
Orders below $75 AUD are charged a flat delivery rate of $7.95 AUD within Australia.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
Yes, we ship to NEW ZEALAND ONLY at the moment!
Postage to New Zealand is FREE for orders over $150, for orders under $150 it is a flat rate of $19 sent International Express via Australia Post.
Orders in AUD which are equivalent to NZ$200 shipped to New Zealand may incur GST, customs charges and duties charged by the NZ Customs Service once the parcel reaches its destination port and must be paid by the recipient directly to the NZ Customs Service or its authorized service provider. PRECIOUS YOU is not responsible for and will not reimburse any of these charge and duties.
Customs charges and duties are the responsibility of the Customer and will not be refunded by PRECIOUS YOU. There are limited times when only the duty and GST can be refunded to you by the NZ Customs Service. Please find out more here: https://www.customs.govt.nz/personal/online-shopping/.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email from which will include your Postal tracking number.
You can track the progress of your order by clicking the link in the email and by entering your tracking number. If you are unable to locate your tracking number please contact us by email at email@example.com and our Customer Service team will assist you with your inquiry.
CAN I SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We are unable to process split shipments within one order at this time. If you wish to ship to multiple addresses, you can do this by creating separate orders, each with their own delivery address.
WHAT ABOUT LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS?
If your order is lost or damaged in transit or If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope that you will be completely delighted with your purchase. If not, upon proof of purchase, you can easily return any item to us within 15 days for a store credit. We do not accept returns after 15 days unless goods are faulty, do not match the description.
All returned items must be in NEW CONDITIONS (no signs of usage on the item, any accessories, and packaging). Simply, post the items you wish to return back to us on the below address and we will credit (store credit) you the amount for each returned item in your order. Sender will be liable for the postage of the returned items.

RETURNING ITEMS RECEIVED AS A GIFT
An item that was received as a gift can be returned for an exchange or a store credit provided you have a gift receipt as your proof of purchase. Refunds are not available for gift returns.
Any funds charged to a credit card will be automatically credited to the same card.
Once your refund has been processed, please note that it can take your credit card provider 1 to 7 working days to credit your account.
